Tulalip Resort Casino announces preliminary plans for major expansion and renovation

Project will feature 70,250-square-foot addition

Tulalip, Wash. (November 21, 2023) – Tulalip Resort Casino, which is celebrating its 21st anniversary year this year, today announced preliminary plans for a 70,250-square-foot expansion in addition to a major renovation of the 192,000-square-foot property. When all you want is everything, the substantial expansion and renovation will include several new interior and exterior features and upgrades. Anticipated completion is set for the end of 2025.

“The expansion and renovation of Tulalip Resort Casino will set a new standard for quality and excellence among casino resort properties throughout the Pacific Northwest,” stated Marci Fryberg, President/COO of Tulalip Gaming Organization. “This project exemplifies our continued devotion to provide guests with all the comforts, amenities and services one expects in a premier destination resort.”

Tulalip Resort Casino currently features a 12-story, 370-room luxury hotel, an expansive gaming floor with a DraftKings sportsbook, premier meeting and event space, a variety of quality dining venues and a full-service spa.

High-Limit Slots Room Reopening

The High-Limit Slots Room has a fresh new look and will feature 73 slot machines with a variety of 22 slot themes/titles. Popular titles include Triple Fortune Dragon Rising, Golden Rooster Unleashed, Mega Meltdown, Dangerous Beauty, Cannonball Express, as well as some new titles we are excited to offer like the highly anticipated release of Triple Fortune Dragon Unleashed PLAYERS EDITION, Huff and Even More Puff, Buffalo Triple Power, Timberwolf Triple Power and Dynamite Pop! The betting range will be $5 to $500.
 
A new bar will open on November 21 that includes five slot bar tops. Guests can enjoy a drink while playing their favorite slot game.

Blackfish Wild Salmon Grill & Bar Renovation Begins

October 3, 2024

The Blackfish bar will be closed starting on Thursday, October 3, although service will be available nearby at the Tula Bene Pastaria + Chophouse bar. The Tula Bene bar will be open on Wednesday evenings with a limited Blackfish menu starting Wednesday, October 9.
Completion: Mid-December 2024

Blackfish Wild Salmon Grill Restaurant Closed September 25 - October 3 For Updates

September 25, 2024

Updates will be made to Blackfish Wild Salmon Grill for an enhanced dining experience. The restaurant will be temporarily closed beginning Wednesday, September 25, and will reopen on Friday, October 4. The Tula Bene bar will be open on Wednesday evenings with a limited Blackfish menu beginning Wednesday, October 9. 

Journeys East To-Go Counter and Bar Renovation Commences

September 25, 2024

The Journeys East To-Go counter and bar will be closed September 25 and 26. Starting Friday, September 27, renovation will commence for these two stations and a temporary To-Go podium will be located next to the restaurant entrance. A satellite bar with limited drink options will be available around the right corner.

North Casino Entrance Closed September 9 and 10, and September 23 through October 18

September 9, 2024

The north casino entrance will be temporarily closed on Monday, September 9, and Tuesday, September 10, due to construction. In addition, the entrance will be closed Monday, September 23, through Friday, October 18. There may be additional intermittent short-term closures for safety reasons.

High-Limit Slot Room Closed For Renovation

August 12, 2024

Many of the machines have been relocated to the west entrance (by the VIP Lounge) and the north entrance (facing the Seattle Premium Outlets). If you need assistance locating your favorite machine, please ask a ONE club representative or slot attendant.

Central Restrooms Renovation Completed

The central restrooms have reopened, which marks the completion of all restroom renovations.

North Casino Entrance Reopens
