- We strongly encourage our guests to call in advance to secure reservations, especially for weekends and holidays.

Cancellation policy
To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Group reservations require 48-hour advance notice. No shows will be subjected to 50% of the service or package price. If an appointment is rescheduled on the day of the service a 50% charge will be assessed on all services of $50 or more. Late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling or partial services at the full price.
Gratuities
As a courtesy to our guests, a 20% gratuity will be added to all services unless indicated at spa check out. We would be happy to make any adjustments you prefer.

If you have a gender preference or request for a specific therapist, please mention it when scheduling your appointment.
Why hurry
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid feeling rushed and allow yourself leisurely time to check in and change, or come early and enjoy our steam and sauna facilities which are complimentary with your spa service of 50 minutes or more.
What to wear
The T-SPA will provide you with a robe and slippers; a locker is available for your personal belongings. However, because spa services require bare skin and freedom of motion, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. We regret we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items and recommend you leave them at home. For the relaxation of all the guests, cellular phone use is permitted only in the reception area.
Physical ailments, disabilities or allergies?
Your comfort and well-being is our first concern. Please notify the guest reservation specialist when booking your treatment about any special needs or medical conditions such as pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or recent surgery so that we may adjust your service accordingly for your comfort and safety.
